EXAMPLE

EXAMPLE OF USE 01

3-D scaffold for cell cultivation

Cell aggregates were formed after the scaffolds disappeared. Diameter of the aggregates were more than 1mm. Many cells were living even inside the aggregates.

Stirring culture

HE staining and live dead assay images of the cross section ofGenocel®.

Most cells were alive inside the cell aggregates.

Example of use 02

Cell sheet carrier

The cell sheet harvest and transfer processes were performed simpler and faster than those without using the Genocel®.

Genocel®is used as a support material to harvest and transfer the cell sheet.

Example of use 03

Layering of heterogeneous cell sheets

Layering of heterogeneous cell sheets via Genocel®.

Adsorb another cell sheets onto each side of the Genocel®.
Subsequent co-culturing allows the cells to infiltrate into the Genocel®.
